Bruce is also an Apple Certified Support Professional (10.7) and a proud member of the Apple Consultants Network. His background in psychology helps him ease his clients' stress when they have a computer crisis, while working to solve the problem. He has a special knack for helping users understand and enjoy working with their computers.
While he was developing computer tutor / computer doctor, Bruce was working in the photography department at Newsweek magazine, first as a photo researcher, then as a photo editor and finally as a senior photo editor. Prior to that he was a freelance photographer and managed a photo archive of millions of images for an international news and stock photo agency. His expertise in photography, editing, and such tools as Photoshop add value to the services he provides to his clients.
